• Rapid Architecture Design: Design pragmatic, fit‑for‑purpose architectures for POCs and MVPs that can be built quickly (2-6 weeks) while maintaining a path to production scaling. Balance speed with security, performance and maintainability.
• Workshop Technical Leadership: Co‑lead technical aspects of client workshops, assess technical feasibility of proposed solutions in real‑time and provide architectural guidance during ideation and discovery phases.
• Reference Architecture Development: Create and maintain reusable reference architectures, patterns and templates that accelerate POC development across common use cases (chatbots, RAG systems, document processing, etc.).
• Technology Evaluation & Selection: Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms and services. Make rapid build‑vs‑buy decisions and recommend appropriate tech stacks for different POC scenarios.
• Cloud‑Native Design: Design serverless and PaaS‑based architectures on Azure/AWS that minimize infrastructure overhead, manage costs for demos and enable quick deployment and teardown of environments.
• Integration Strategy: Design lightweight integration and reusable approaches for connecting POCs with client data sources, existing systems and third‑party APIs. Focus on minimal viable integrations that demonstrate value.
• Security & Compliance Framework: Establish security standards for POC development, ensuring client data protection, proper authentication/authorization and compliance with data privacy requirements even in rapid prototyping.
• Scalability & Production Pathways: Design POC architectures with clear paths to production scaling. Document technical debt and architectural decisions to support future MVP if POCs are successful.
• Technical Mentorship: Guide engineers and developers on the team, conduct code/architecture reviews, share best practices and build team capabilities in modern AI architectures.
• Multi‑Domain Expertise: Develop architectural knowledge across various industries and use cases, enabling quick understanding of domain‑specific technical requirements and constraints.
• Enterprise: Familiarity with standard enterprise tools and architectural standards.

• Good at Backend frameworks (Django, Flask) and Frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, or Svelte)
• Deep knowledge of agentic frameworks (Lang Graph, Auto Gen) for multi‑agent systems and AI Frameworks (RAG, Lang Chain and Llama Index).
• Vector databases and AI‑specific data stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, Cosmos DB)
• Understanding of AI/ML models, LLMs, and generative AI frameworks
• Hands‑on with governance frameworks for model selection, deployment and lifecycle management with guardrails.
• AI Assisted development using Cursor, Github Copilot or other tools.
• AI/ML/LLM platforms and services (Azure AI, AWS Sage Maker, Google Vertex AI) and architecture design patterns
• API design and management (REST, Graph
