Role: VP, Cybersecurity Awareness/Training Lead

Client: Investment Bank

Location: London, 5 days initially, reducing to 3.

Rate/Salary: Up to £600, with a view to convert.

Requirements:

• Own and lead the EMEA Security Awareness & Training strategy, setting priorities that reduce human cyber risk and strengthen security culture.
• Develop and execute a 6-month (and ongoing) awareness roadmap covering mandatory training, targeted campaigns, and role-based learning.
• Partner with Communications, HR/L&D (eLearning), Risk Management, and Technology to align messaging, delivery channels, and governance.
• Define, track, and report KPIs and program effectiveness (e.g., completion, engagement, phishing resilience, reporting rates), driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of awareness initiatives across platforms (LMS, phishing simulation, intranet, email), coordinating with platform owners.
• Provide leadership and direction to an existing content and delivery team, ensuring high-quality, visually compelling materials and consistent standards.
