This Information Communications Technician (Level
3) Apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in IT systems and network support, while working towards a nationally recognized qualification. Install and maintain hardware and software systems within the organization

Assist in setting up and troubleshooting network connections, including resolving connectivity issues

Provide technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving IT-related problems to ensure smooth operation

GCSE in Mathematics (Grade A*-C or equivalent) is required

Inform the company about any additional qualifications or relevant industry experience, as the apprenticeship can be adjusted accordingly

IT Skills: Ability to work with both hardware and software systems, and network infrastructure

Attention to Detail: Precision in system installation and issue resolution

Analytical & Logical Thinking: Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot IT issues

Teamwork: Collaborates effectively with IT teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations
