The Opportunity

We are partnering with a market-leading, purpose-driven e-commerce business operating at global scale to hire a Senior Marketing Analyst
.

You’ll work closely with senior marketing, product, and technology leaders, owning high-impact analysis that directly shapes acquisition, retention, and customer value strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and deliver end-to-end analytical initiatives across acquisition, customer, and retention
  • Drive strategic decision-making through clear, focused analysis
  • Build and validate datasets, dashboards, and reports used by senior stakeholders
  • Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover drivers of performance
  • Design and evaluate experiments (A/B, incrementality, multivariate testing)
  • Deliver customer intelligence including segmentation, LTV forecasting, and cohort analysis
  • Communicate insights clearly, translating complex analysis into actionable commercial recommendations
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Tech, and Finance
  • Improve efficiency through automation and scalable reporting
  • Contribute to raising analytics standards, documentation, and best practice
What They’re Looking For
  • 8+ years’ experience in analytics, with a strong focus on marketing and customer analytics
  • Background in e-commerce, marketplace, or DTC environments
  • Advanced SQL skills (comfortable working with raw data and complex queries)
  • Experience using Python or R for analysis or modelling
  • Strong BI experience (Tableau, Looker, Power BI or similar)
  • Solid understanding of:
  • User funnels and conversion analysis
  • Customer segmentation and LTV modelling
  • Experiment design and measurement
  • Root-cause and driver analysis
  • Confidence working with ambiguity and influencing senior, non-technical stakeholders
  • A pragmatic, impact-driven mindset — focused on value, not vanity metrics
