A leading smart buildings and enterprise IT consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to support the delivery of advanced Cisco-based network solutions across landmark sites in London and throughout Europe.

Role Overview

The business is seeking a technically strong and client-focused Senior Network Engineer based in London. The successful candidate will design, deliver, and support enterprise network infrastructures while acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients. From project delivery to Tier 3 troubleshooting and optimisation, this role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, consultancy skills, and hands-on implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver Cisco-based network infrastructure projects across London and Europe

Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients

Investigate and resolve incidents in line with ITIL processes

Lead Tier 3 troubleshooting and network optimisation

Act as a client-facing technical consultant, leading meetings and providing strategic advice

Oversee voice and data networks for key client environments

Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high service standards

The Ideal Candidate

5 - 10 years' experience in networking or similar roles

CCNP certified (CCNA desirable)

Strong expertise in Cisco routers, switches, wireless, and voice technologies

Proven experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting

Familiar with ITIL practices and service management processes

Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
