Front-End Engineer | React, Next.js, Tailwind | Web3/Crypto Innovation Hub

Step into the engine room of one of London’s most exciting Web3 gaming ventures. This is a chance to build future-defining crypto gaming products, from live casinos to blockchain lotteries, backed by the financial firepower of a hedge fund but with all the energy of a creative startup.

You’ll join a small (currently 8 people, growing to 20 over the next 12–18 months), highly technical team incubating blockchain-native entertainment products. The office? A Georgian townhouse near Oxford Circus with a games room, tequila bar, takeaways on tap. The people? Ex-iGaming, crypto-first, sharp engineers, and relentless builders. This is a product-led, code-first culture with the runway to move fast and own real outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

• React and Next.js – build high-performance, responsive UIs for consumer-facing Web3 gaming apps
• Tailwind CSS – implement and evolve modern, utility-first styling systems
• Web3 frontend tooling – integrate wallet connections, contract interactions, and blockchain APIs
• REST and Graph
  
  QL APIs – connect the frontend to backend services in a serverless environment
• Mobile-first design – optimise performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices
• UX/UI collaboration – work with product and design to craft frictionless user journeys across casino, lottery and future products

You’ll be joining as the second Front-End Engineer in the business and will be expected to hit the ground running. The current focus is on scaling our consumer-facing crypto lottery product, so experience building UIs at scale and a passion for sleek, user-first design will go a long way.

• React and Next.js in production-grade consumer applications
• Tailwind CSS and modern component-based architecture
• Frontend integration with smart contracts, wallets or blockchain APIs
• REST and/or Graph
  
  QL – confident in connecting frontend to modern backends
• State management, data fetching patterns, and clean, testable UI components

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain or dApps – even if not commercial
• Exposure to TON, the Telegram SDK, or other L1 blockchain ecosystems
• Design system experience – Storybook or similar component libraries
• Crypto-native mindset – interest in emerging tech and next-gen product design
