My client are looking for a high-energy IT Support Desk Lead to be the operational heartbeat of my clients global Fund Management IT team. You won’t just be closing tickets; you’ll be leading a team of 8 across multiple offices to redefine their end-user experience.
What You’ll Own:- Team Mastery: Coach a squad of 8 graduate and junior techs. You’re their mentor, their escalation point, and their career coach.
- Global Pulse: Host daily handovers across three time zones to ensure global operations never miss a beat.
- Operational Excellence: Use ITIL standards and Confluence to turn chaos into documented, automated workflows.
- High-Stakes Support: Provide L1/L2/L3 support to Fund Managers and executives—on-site, remote, and internationally.
- A "lead-by-example" mindset with experience managing IT support teams.
- Deep technical knowledge of endpoint management and troubleshooting.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+ are preferred.
- The desire to travel and work in a fast-paced, high-standard financial environment.
