Procurement Manager

JSS are currently supporting a global organisation with the recruitment of an IT Procurement Manager
.

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager – IT to oversee and manage the sourcing of IT-related goods and services across a complex, international organisation.

You will work closely with senior procurement leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, to help embed strategic procurement best practice, drive cost efficiencies, support standardisation, and enable the adoption of innovative technologies across the business.

This is a high-impact role with significant responsibility across a diverse IT spend portfolio and the opportunity to influence procurement strategy at a global level.

• Manage and support IT & Telecoms category strategy across an annual spend of approximately £70m
• Lead sourcing initiatives and negotiate key contracts across software, hardware, cloud, AI, cyber security, data centres, consultancy, and telecoms
• Act as a subject matter expert for IT procurement, maintaining strong market and technology awareness
• Own and develop strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation, value creation, and collaboration
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to determine sourcing strategies and manage sourcing events
• Support implementation of Purchase Order and Source-to-Pay processes to improve spend transparency and efficiency
• Promote compliance with procurement policies, processes, and governance standards
• Contribute to sustainability and supplier diversity initiatives across the supply base

• 5+ years’ experience in IT procurement within a global or complex organisation
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, category management, and contract negotiation
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
