You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact social media and content strategies for both clients and the agency. You’ll work across a wide range of industries and platforms, combining creative thinking with data-driven insight to drive measurable results.
- Develop and deliver social media strategies for clients and the agency
- Turn strategy into clear, practical content plans and daily activity
- Monitor performance and optimise activity to meet engagement and growth targets
- Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural moments and apply them in real time
- Actively manage client and agency social media channels day to day
- Publish, schedule, and optimise posts across platforms
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and conversations
- Build and nurture online communities through consistent interaction and moderation
- Plan social content calendars and write engaging, on-brand captions
- Create and capture social-first content using phones and basic editing tools
- Brief and collaborate with internal teams where support is needed
- Ensure content is tailored to each platform and audience
- Track performance using analytics and platform insights
- Use data to refine content, posting schedules, and formats
- Produce clear, actionable reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the wider team to align social activity with broader campaigns

- Support pitch work and contribute ideas to grow the agency’s social offering
- 5+ years’ experience managing social media accounts, ideally in an agency environment
- Proven experience running social channels day to day and delivering results
- Confident creating content using phones, cameras, and editing tools
- Data-driven mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Strong client communication and account management skills
- Experience using tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and social scheduling platforms
- Experience with paid social and influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of video-first and short-form content
