We’re looking for a
** hands-on Application Developer / Architect with Insurance experience
** to join a leading Insurance client.
*
* About the Role:

** In this position, you’ll take ownership of designing, developing, and supporting
** complex insurance applications**. You’ll work end-to-end, from gathering requirements and designing architectures to implementation, testing, and ensuring adherence to development, database, and security standards.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Design and develop complex insurance business applications and supporting systems
* Create, enforce, and maintain application and database standards
* Ensure application security, scalability, interoperability, and quality
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
* Provide guidance, oversight, and support to development teams
* Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in application design and architecture
*
* What We’re Looking For:

*** Hands-on experience in
** insurance application development
*** Strong application design and development skills
* Solid database knowledge (SQL / RDBMS / database architecture)
* Familiarity with development standards, coding best practices, and governance
* Experience with application security, QA, and scalability
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of projects
