We’re looking for a UX DESIGNER WITH STRONG FRONT-END EXPERIENCE who is passionate about creating intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences — and who enjoys bringing those experiences to life in code.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end UX across our web and mobile products
: from understanding user needs and shaping interaction patterns, to designing systems and implementing high-quality UI in a modern front-end stack
. This is a hands-on role for a designer who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and is comfortable working close to production code.
- Lead UX design for complex web and mobile applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and clarity
- Translate user needs, workflows, and business requirements into thoughtful interaction designs and UI patterns
- Design, evolve, and maintain a shared design system in close collaboration with engineering
- Implement polished, production-ready UI using modern front-end technologies
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- Advocate for UX best practices and help raise the bar for design quality across the organization
- Strong UX design background with a solid understanding of:
- Accessibility (WCAG)
- Interaction design and information architecture
- Component-driven and system-based design
- Proven experience designing and maintaining design systems
, ideally using MUI (Material UI) - Ability to design elegant solutions for complex workflows and edge cases
- High attention to detail and strong visual and interaction design instincts
- Extensive hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and Type Script
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3
, and modern responsive design - Experience implementing UX designs directly in code with a high level of fidelity
- Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs
- Solid understanding of front-end best practices, performance considerations, and version control
- Creative, thoughtful problem-solver who balances user needs with technical constraints
- Strong collaborator who works effectively across design, product, and engineering
- Excellent communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable owning features and systems end to end
- Ability to mentor others and contribute to design and technical direction
- Experience designing and building internal tools, dashboards, or enterprise applications
- Familiarity with testing frameworks, agile workflows, and performance optimization
- Experience scaling or evolving a shared design system across multiple teams or products
