Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Growth Product Designer
Location: Greater London

In a nutshell, we’re all about making the world of wine a better place. We fund and source directly from independent winemakers to bring customers better quality wine for a better price. No thirsty middlemen as far as the eye can see.

It’s a different way of doing things, sure. But it works. We’re one of the UK’s favourite wine clubs, shipping over 1 million (!) cases a year to curious wine lovers. And with an ambitious road ahead, we’ve got no plans on plugging the cork on growth.

Our global team (we have offices in the US and Australia, too) is entrepreneurial by nature, obsessive about customer experience and driven by performance. All things that make Naked a great place to grow both personally and professionally. And yes, we like wine. A lot.

It takes a village to be Naked. That’s why we’re always on the lookout for eager talent to join the club. And now, our Product Design team is looking for a Growth Product Designer to join the fun.

This role sits at the heart of how new customers discover, join, and fall in love with Naked Wines. You’ll design and optimise acquisition, onboarding, and conversion experiences across web and mobile, working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics to experiment, learn fast, and unlock growth.

So if you’re keen to help us take the guesswork out of enjoying great wine (that’s what we’re passionate about), there’s a welcome pack with your name on it.

Together, we’ll take Naked Wines to the next level — and share our not-so-well-kept secret with the world.>

Location & Flexible Working:
London Hybrid (1-2 days/week in the London Office)

What You’ll Do
  • Design and optimise acquisition and conversion journeys across web and mobile, including landing pages, onboarding flows, and sign-up experiences
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics to identify growth opportunities and turn them into high-impact design solutions
  • Lead design for experimentation and CRO initiatives, from hypothesis creation through test design, iteration, and learnings
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights — including analytics, A/B test results, user testing, and session replays — to inform and validate design decisions
  • Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on ideas in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment
  • Balance speed, quality, and consistency while working within (and contributing to) our design system
  • Clearly communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and outcomes, connecting design decisions to customer value and business impact
  • Continuously refine experiences to reduce friction, build trust, and improve conversion, activation, and retention metrics
What You’ll Bring
  • 3-6+ years' experience in product design, with a strong focus on growth, acquisition and CRO (demonstrated through your portfolio)
  • A proven track record of improving conversion, activation, retention, or revenue through design
  • Hands‑on experience with experimentation and A/B testing, including interpreting results and iterating based on data
  • Strong UX and visual design skills, with a sharp eye for clarity, hierarchy, and persuasive design
  • li>

High proficiency in Figma, including component‑based workflows and collaboration within design systems
  • Comfort using data and insight to inform decisions — not just opinion or intuition
  • Experience working closely with cross‑functional growth or product teams
  • A commercial and customer‑first mindset, with an understanding of how design choices drive business outcomes
  • Confidence working in ambiguous problem spaces and moving quickly without sacrificing quality

You have:

  • Ambition (dream big):
Carrying out plans effectively and actively seeking opportunities to learn.
  • Judgement (make good decisions):
Testing ideas and learning from outcomes; surfacing risks early.
  • Discipline (adhere to high standards):
Planning well and delivering high-quality work consistently and efficiently.
  • Influence (have a big impact):
Collaborating across teams and seeking input to widen expertise.
  • Accountability (take full responsibility):
Sharing honest updates and taking responsibility for outcomes.

And finally you live by our Naked values:

  • You support all stakeholders from the Winemaker, through to…
