About the Role
We are looking for a BIM Solutions Consultant / AEC Product Specialist to support the adoption of Tektome’s AI-powered BIM automated checking platform across the UK and Europe.
This is a client-facing, product-focused role for professionals with a strong design or BIM background who want to work at the intersection of architecture, technology, and AI. You will engage with qualified inbound leads, work directly with architects and BIM leaders, and translate real-world design workflows into practical product use cases and feedback.
This role is not a traditional sales position. Success is measured by credibility with design teams, quality of solution proposals, and contribution to product evolution.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation & Solution Design
- Lead structured consultations with architects, engineers, and BIM teams
- Understand client workflows, BIM execution plans, and project constraints
- Demonstrate Tektome’s AI BIM checking capabilities through practical, use-case–driven discussions
- Translate design and BIM pain points into clear solution proposals
- Support pilot projects, PoCs, and early-stage customer adoption
Product & Technical Collaboration
- Act as a voice of design practice within the product team
- Provide structured feedback based on real project workflows
- Contribute to defining checking logic, rule priorities, and usability expectations
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists
Market & Network Engagement
- Leverage and expand professional networks across architectural practices, BIM consultancies, and design managers
- Represent Tektome in industry discussions, workshops, and events
- Build long-term relationships based on technical credibility and domain expertise
- Support market education around AI-driven BIM workflows
- Strong background in architectural design, BIM coordination, or design management
- Deep understanding of UK BIM processes, including RIBA Plan of Work and ISO 19650
- Hands-on experience with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, or similar
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex workflows clearly
- Proven experience working directly with clients or project stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a product-led, early-stage environment
- Experience working in or with BIM consultancies or PM firms
- Exposure to digital delivery, BIM strategy, or design technology roles
- Experience contributing to workflow definition, internal standards, or tool selection
- Familiarity with rule-based checking, QA/QC, or compliance workflows
- Experience with SaaS or AI-driven platforms
- Public speaking, training, or workshop facilitation experience
- Opportunity to shape AI adoption in real-world design and BIM workflows
- High-impact role with direct influence on product direction
- Flexible, remote-first working environment
- Competitive compensation based on experience
- Collaboration with a globally active AI technology team
- A role built on design credibility, not sales pressure
