Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FSCD functional specifications.
Configure SAP FSCD, including collections, disbursements, payment lots, dunning procedures, billing, and invoicing setups.
Carry out end-to-end implementation tasks — blueprinting, configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), training, and go-live support.
Integrate FSCD with other SAP modules like FI/CO, FS-PM, FS-CM and external systems via IDocs, BAPIs, or middleware.
Collaborate with technical teams (e.g., ABAP developers) for custom enhancements and reports.
Create and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and design documents.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of SAP FSCD processes (collections, disbursements, payment processing, dunning, reconciliation).
Knowledge of insurance or financial services business processes (premium billing, claims, policy management).
Experience with SAP S/4

HANA FSCD is highly desirable.
Familiarity with integration to FI, FI-CA, FS-PM, FS-CM and external payment or banking systems via IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs.
Ability to collaborate with technical development (e.g., ABAP) for enhancements.
