Job Title: Legal Technology Project Manager

Day Rate: Up to £510 (Outside IR35)

Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid Working)

We are supporting a Magic Circle law firm delivering a multi-wave legal technology transformation programme
. The firm is seeking an experienced Legal Technology Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives within a global legal services environment.

This role requires a hands-on, delivery-focused PM with proven experience working in law firms or legal services organisations
, comfortable operating at pace, managing ambiguity, and engaging senior legal stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of legal technology and IT transformation projects
• Deliver initiatives across areas such as:
• Legal systems and practice-specific tools
• eBonding, external integrations, and API-led connectivity
• Cyber and security initiatives impacting legal platforms
• Data, reporting, and information management solutions
• Telephony, collaboration tools, and unified communications
• Shared services and outsourced technology models
• Own project governance including planning, RAID, budget tracking, and reporting
• Manage dependencies across multiple parallel delivery waves
• Coordinate internal IT teams, legal stakeholders, and third-party vendors
• Support transition, cutover, and change activity aligned to the wider programme
• Maintain strong engagement with senior stakeholders, including partners and legal leadership

• Proven experience as a Technology Project Manager within a law firm or legal services environment
• Strong track record delivering complex technology programmes
• Broad technical exposure across integrations, security, data, and infrastructure
• Experience working with vendors, systems integrators, and outsourced service providers
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving scope
• Strong delivery mindset with focus on outcomes and pace
