Senior Product Designer

Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design work on a critical initiative that will shape the future of the subscription experience. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to deliver both tactical improvements and strategic redesigns. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across product, e‑commerce, legal, and engineering to bring commercially impactful, user‑centric solutions to life.

• Lead discovery and user research to validate freemium models, pricing strategies, and monetisation opportunities with a human‑centred lens.
• Design end‑to‑end user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that clearly articulate the value of premium experiences and subscription options.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops and co‑creation sessions to explore experience improvements and future flexibility.
• Deliver polished UI in Figma, from early concepts through to high‑fidelity designs.
• Champion accessibility and usability, ensuring compliance and exceptional user experience.
• Support seamless journeys for subscription management, including cross‑sell, upsell, and cancellation flows.
