SAP Analyst

About the Role

• We are looking for a SAP Analyst to join our IT team here  will be responsible for providing support services to the Harrods business for SAP application users.
• On‑call rotation and occasional weekend / overnight work is required in this role.
• Manage customer expectations via regular communication.
• Participate in business readiness for system and operational changes as required to support the Team Leader.
• Support and triage of Service Requests and assignment to the SAP Applications team or other IT resources to resolution, delivering the same good IT service.
• Actively being involved with the broader IT community to ensure Harrods is up to date with industry trends and initiativesli>

• Years of experience in effective problem management and issue resolution, with the ability to escal... (complete the sentence as in the original).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the capability to thoroughly investigate various SAP modules to identify root causes of defects, aiming to prevent recurrence.
• Solid background in cross‑modular functions with hands‑on experience in SAP modules such as SD, MM, WM, EWM, CAR, and FICO; broader module expertise is better.
• Open and willing to work across different SAP modules as needed.
