Intapp Application Specialist

Our sector leading Law Firm customer is currently looking for a Intapp application specialist for long term 12 month initial contract .

• Administer and maintain Intapp products (Conflicts, Intake, Integrate, Walls).
• Monitor system health and performance; escalate issues to Tech Ops or Intapp Support as required.
• Support and maintain data integrations with PMS, MDM, and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Intapp, vendors, and internal teams to plan and implement system upgrades.
• Collaborate with Engineers to share Intapp knowledge and best practices across the Technology Product Team.
• Provide technical analysis and implementation recommendations for new projects.
• Configure Intapp forms, workflows, rules, modules, and integrations.
• Partner with the Product Owner to deliver the product roadmap and complete backlog items on time and within budget.
• Identify and communicate risks or issues, maintaining accurate progress and estimation reporting.
• Follow change management procedures to raise and implement approved enhancements, fixes, and upgrades.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports for Risk & Compliance and Board reporting.
• Develop and update system documentation, including configurations, workflows, and data mappings.
• Maintain centralized, current documentation for all configurations and processes.
• Participate in regular stand-ups to provide updates on progress and status.
• Ensure compliance with all client confidentiality, regulatory, and security policies.
