We are looking for an experienced product marketing leader who combines exceptional people skills with deep product marketing understanding and client advocacy. You will drive our product marketing ensuring alignment to roadmaps, client needs and commercial drivers.

You understand that building exceptional products requires high-quality and engaging marketing. Your role requires strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate that into actionable marketing delivery to support our commercial go-to-market performance.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the story
    • Craft clear, compelling positioning and messaging that shows exactly why our products matter.
    • Translate technical detail into language people actually want to read.
    • Build narratives that feel human, modern, and unmistakably Foundry

      OS.
  • Go-to-market, end-to-end
    • Lead GTM planning for new products and major feature releases.
    • Define who we’re for, why we win, and how we show up.
    • Work closely with Product and Commercial teams to shape what launches, when, and why.
  • Insight, not guesswork
    • Spend real time with customers and the market to understand jobs-to-be-done, pain points, and opportunities.
    • Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and help teams spot where gaps exist.
    • Turn research into practical recommendations that sharpen the product and the story around it.
  • Arm the team
    • Create high-quality sales enablement tools—decks, pitch narratives, battle cards, demo flows—to help us sell the story confidently.
    • Ensure every touchpoint, from the first slide to the final conversation, feels consistent and compelling.
  • Bring the product to life
    • Develop content that showcases the product: web pages, short explainers, case studies, feature breakdowns.
    • Partner with marketing to fuel campaigns with sharp, insight-led messaging.
    • Push for clarity, quality, and simplicity across every asset.
  • Measure what matters
    • Define what good looks like and hold us to it.
    • Track adoption, engagement, and GTM performance, then use data to make smarter decisions.
    • Share insights clearly with the product and commercial teams.
