Our QA team develops and executes robust, scalable and repeatable test plans and test cases for functional, regression and performance testing with a strong emphasis on using automation frameworks to shorten the test cycle.

Our Localization team is dedicated to delivering a truly global product, ensuring that users in every market have a flawless, native-feeling experience. We are seeking a highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented Localization QA (LQA) Assistant to be a critical support pillar for our team.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves both finding flaws and organizing data. You will be responsible for supporting our LQA process by performing meticulous visual checks, capturing evidence, and, most importantly, managing the data that helps us get better. If you’re the person who spots when text is cut off before anyone else and finds satisfaction in a perfectly organized spreadsheet, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities
  • Visual QA & Bug Spotting: Perform cosmetic and linguistic quality checks on our software (web, mobile, and other platforms) to identify visual bugs.
  • Act as our "first line of defense," with a specific focus on catching truncation, text overflow, layout breaks, and other common localization UI issues.
  • LQA Process Support: Systematically and meticulously capture screenshots and video recordings to clearly document all identified LQA issues.
  • Log bugs into our tracking systems (like JIRA) with clear, concise, and accurate information, attaching all supporting visual evidence.
Job Requirements
  • QA

    Experience:

Proven experience in a QA, LQA, or software testing role. You must have a foundational understanding of testing methodologies and bug life cycles.
  • An Extreme Eye for Detail: You have a "pixel‑perfect" mindset and can easily spot subtle visual inconsistencies, misalignments, and text issues that others might miss.
  • Exceptional Organization: You can manage a high volume of digital assets (screenshots, spreadsheets) and data points without losing track of details.
  • Clear Communicator: Ability to write clear and actionable bug reports.
  • Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable learning new tools, working across different platforms (iOS, Android, Web), and using bug‑tracking software (e.g., JIRA).
