You’ll be trusted to shape how the platform supports people, processes, and performance across the business.

- Collaborative Delivery: Work directly with stakeholders across departments to capture needs and implement smart, scalable solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Spot opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and better reporting – and bring them to life.
- Strategic Input: Contribute to systems roadmaps, integration plans, and wider business change initiatives.
- Support and Enable: Be the go-to person for technical issues, while mentoring and supporting colleagues to improve platform adoption and confidence.
You might be working in systems support, analysis, or as a functional consultant – but you’re ready to take on more ownership, influence, and visibility. You enjoy translating business needs into practical solutions and are passionate about driving improvements through technology.
You’ll likely bring- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
, either in-house or in a consultancy capacity. - A strong understanding of ERP platforms and their role in supporting business functions.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI
, Power Automate
, or Power Query to support reporting and automation. - Experience gathering requirements, coordinating testing, and delivering system enhancements.
- Confidence working with stakeholders and vendors to drive change.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Flexible hybrid working model (3 days in office).
