IT Business Relationship Manager

Role Overview

• Location: London (hybrid working available)
• Industry: Infrastructure / Public Sector

• Act as the main IT contact for a group of business units, building trusted relationships.
• Understand strategic priorities and help shape the tech roadmap accordingly.
• Translate business needs into clear IT requirements and see them through to delivery.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure IT solutions hit the mark.
• Guide business stakeholders through change and adoption of new tech.
• Track and communicate the performance of IT services and ongoing projects.
• Spot opportunities for innovation, improvement, and better ways of working.

• Experience in a BRM, PM, BA or IT Business Partner-style role.
• Strong communicator and influencer — confident at all levels of seniority.
• Comfortable navigating complex organisations and stakeholder groups.
• Ability to turn business goals into tech solutions (and back again).
• Familiar with ITSM and project delivery approaches (Agile/hybrid).
• BRMP®, CBRM® or sector experience (e.g. rail) would be a bonus.
