We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and accuracy of data and functionality across multiple systems. This role involves test planning, manual and automated testing, and end-to-end validation of data flows between upstream and downstream systems.
Responsibilities- Perform QA for Branch, Product, and Member flowing into satellite systems
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Execute manual tests and maintain automated tests (Cypress; .NET a plus)
- Validate upstream systems (e.g., websites) using new data IDs
- Conduct integration, end-to-end (E2E), and UAT testing
- Log, track, and manage defects
- Produce test execution reports and quality metrics
- Experience in manual and automated testing
- Hands-on experience with Cypress; .NET automation is a plus
- Strong understanding of QA processes, defect management, and reporting
- Experience with integration and end-to-end testing
