MBN Solutions is proud to be partnering exclusively with a leading UK organisation in the insurance sector to recruit a Senior Data Manager
. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of business strategy, data governance, and technology – shaping how data is understood, trusted, and leveraged across the organisation.

Data is treated as a strategic asset. You’ll act as the UK Data Design Authority, owning the logical data landscape, driving data quality, and ensuring the coherence of the Microsoft data environment (Fabric & Purview) with real business needs.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and IT, enabling effective use of data domains, embedding governance frameworks, and championing data as a core driver of value.
