Commercial & Technology Counsel (1–2 PQE)

We’re partnering with a high-growth technology and cyber security business to hire a Commercial & Technology Counsel into a newly created role in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking for immediate exposure to senior stakeholders and a broad commercial remit within a cutting-edge tech environment.

As Commercial & Technology Counsel, you’ll work closely with the business from day one, supporting a wide range of commercial and technology matters, including:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
  , including customer, supplier and SaaS agreements
• Advising on technology-related matters
• Partnering closely with commercial, product and operational teams
• Supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to key business decisions
• Helping to shape legal processes and best practice as the function continues to grow

• Strong commercial contracting experience (private practice or in-house)
• Exposure to technology-related matters is highly desirable
• Commercial, pragmatic mindset with the confidence to engage directly with the business
• Keen to learn quickly, take ownership and build a long-term in-house career
