Role overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Strategy Lead to join our team, focusing on financial services clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong FS advisory background, guiding clients through architecture-led digital transformation, technology adoption, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. This role requires a blend of business development & digital strategy leadership, ensuring our clients achieve their transformation goals effectively, however there will be an opportunity to shape this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-level digital strategy advisory engagements, providing C-suite and senior stakeholders with expert insights on Architecture-led business transformation
• Shape long-term digital roadmaps for financial services clients, aligning emerging technologies with business objectives to drive innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage
• Develop thought leadership on digital trends in financial services, advising clients on best practices in digital transformation, cloud strategy, and data-driven decision-making
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, offering strategic guidance on complex transformation challenges
• Build and maintain strong executive relationships with financial services clients, fostering long-term partnerships
• Lead executive workshops and strategy sessions, ensuring alignment between business and technology priorities
• Drive new business development through advisory-led engagements, identifying client needs and shaping tailored solutions
• Develop Affinity Reply’s advisory service offerings, expanding the firm’s digital and enterprise architecture consultancy footprint in financial services
• Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in financial services, including regulatory changes, digital assets, embedded finance, and fintech disruption
• Foster a culture of innovation by identifying emerging technologies, trends, and business opportunities that drive competitive advantage, ensuring clients stay at the forefront of their industries
• Represent Affinity Reply at industry conferences, panels, and networking events, reinforcing our presence as a leading advisory firm.

About the candidate:

• Advisory experience in digital strategy & IT consulting within financial services.
• Experience leading Architecture-led digital transformation programs within FSI
• Proven ability to identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities
• Experience advising C-level executives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI, data architecture, and financial services technology trends.
