Your roleThe Marketing Automation Coordinator is responsible for utilising SFMC (and similar tech) to develop, execute, and optimise automated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion. This role plays a key part in improving marketing efficiency through data-driven automation, personalisation, and campaign performance.
Your responsibilities- Own the end-to-end setup, execution, and optimisation of automated marketing campaigns across channels (email and SMS)
- Build and maintain complex automation journeys, customer workflows, and triggers using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Develop and manage audience segmentation, data selections, and personalisation logic to enhance targeting and engagement
- Execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance
- Analyse campaign metrics and report actionable insights to key stakeholders to inform strategy and decision-making
- Develop and maintain forms, landing pages, and data capture mechanisms to support lead generation and event marketing activities
- Stay current on marketing automation best practices, new technologies, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing automation or CRM
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Experience using data to drive campaign improvements and achieve measurable business outcomes
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and data privacy regulations
- Ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and technology teams
- Proficiency in HTML and AMPScript
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
