3rd Line Application Support Analyst - Consultancy - onsite

Location: London / Remote – Office visits required

I am working with a leading tech consultancy delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions for global clients, including healthcare innovators. As a Microsoft Azure Expert MSP, they work at the forefront of AI, cloud, and digital transformation.

You will be joining the Support & Operations team as a 3rd Line Application Support Analyst
, tackling complex technical challenges for mission-critical systems built on Microsoft Azure. You’ll own escalated issues, optimize performance, and implement changes following best practices like ITIL and GAMP
5. Expect hands-on problem-solving, collaboration with development teams, and occasional on-call work.

• Resolve high-level incidents and ensure system stability
• Query databases and logs to diagnose issues
• Recommend improvements for security, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver solutions
• Use AI-driven tools to automate and enhance support processes

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (certifications a plus)
• Skilled in querying data sources (SQL, Cosmos DB, Application Insights)
• Background in application support within complex environments
• BSc in Computer Science or relevant degree
• Bonus:
  Knowledge of ITIL processes, Azure Dev Ops, Power Shell, IaC tools
