Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies that support brand and product objectives.
  • Manage paid media across search, display, social, affiliates and retargeting channels.
  • Lead organic growth through SEO and SEM initiatives.
  • Oversee website content, UX improvements and performance analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally with retail, PR and creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Develop CRM and email programmes that support lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Review digital effectiveness via analytics tools such as GA4 and platform dashboards.
  • Track and optimise channel budgets to deliver strong ROI.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new digital opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising and data protection standards.
Requirements
  • Degree in digital marketing, communications or similar field.
  • Five+ years’ experience managing digital activity, ideally within automotive, consumer goods or technology.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media advertising and email strategy.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of major social and paid platforms.
  • Experience with CRM or automation systems.
  • Analytical, commercially aware and comfortable interpreting data.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
