As an Associate Measurement Lead in our Media division, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how advertisers succeed on Reddit’s media platform. Your work will influence how brands connect with audiences, measure impact, and optimise campaigns.

This is an opportunity to combine analytical thinking with creativity to deliver insights that make a real difference.

• Lead brand lift studies from start to finish on Reddit’s platform.
• Run kick‑off calls, design surveys, analyse data, and present insights to internal and external teams.
• Deliver clear, actionable recommendations based on research objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and ad measurement teams to meet timelines and maintain quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and proactively address challenges.

• Minimum 1 year in advertising research or measurement, with knowledge of experimentation and basic statistical methods.
• Experience in client‑facing roles, ideally in digital ad research, ad tech, or media.
• Strong communication skills – confident presenting data and telling stories that inspire action.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Degree in marketing, business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
