£360 p,d Outside IR35 | Long-term Contract | Part-Time, 3 days per week | London (fully on-site)
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior PPC Specialist to join a world-class luxury travel team. You’ll be responsible for building a high-signal paid search ecosystem that consistently attracts and qualifies Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients, driving pipeline value and Lead-to-Sale conversion across the client.
About the Role
This is a technical, strategic, and commercially-driven role. You won’t just manage campaigns - you’ll engineer the paid media funnel end-to-end, ensuring every click moves the right prospect toward speaking with a travel expert. You’ll act as the technical bridge between Marketing, Mar Tech, and Sales, using measurement, automation, and data to optimise revenue, not just form fills.
What You’ll Own
- Lead Quality Engineering: Audit and optimise the full funnel from click → lead → qualified lead → sale. Protect the account from low-intent traffic and scale responsibly.
- Technical Stack & Measurement: Own GA4, GTM (web/server), Hub Spot integration, offline conversion imports, and CRM feedback loops. Use scripts, Python, SQL/Big Query, and automation to improve data quality and campaign efficiency.
- Strategic Leadership: Translate complex PPC insights into clear business recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing and sales alignment.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of hands-on PPC / performance marketing experience, ideally agency background.
- Proven ability to improve Lead-to-Sale or Lead-to-Qualified → Sale conversion in high-consideration, premium categories.
- Expert in Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and Hub Spot integration.
- Comfortable building scripts, automations, or Big Query workflows to close measurement gaps.
- Commercially-minded, independent, and able to influence stakeholders without direct reports.
