La Fosse are looking for an Insight & Research Lead to join an Agency’s growing team and take ownership of delivering high-impact, data-driven insight for clients and internal stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience in analysis or research who is now ready to step into a leadership role.

You’ll lead a small but talented team of two analysts, shape research projects end-to-end, and play a key role in turning data into clear, compelling stories that drive decision-making.

The Role

As Insight & Research Lead, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and communicating research and insight that helps clients understand audiences, evaluate performance, and make smarter strategic choices. You’ll be hands-on with analysis while also developing your team and acting as a trusted, client-facing expert.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical skill with storytelling, and who wants to grow their leadership experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative research projects from brief through to insight and recommendation
  • Analyse and model data using R to uncover meaningful patterns and trends
  • Design, manage, and analyse surveys (experience with Qualtrics is highly desirable)
  • Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insight for clients and internal teams
  • Lead insight outputs for client presentations, reviews, and planning sessions
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of two analysts
  • Work closely with client services and senior stakeholders in a client-facing capacity
About You
  • 2–4 years’ experience in research, insight, or analysis
  • Strong working knowledge of R (essential)
  • Experience with survey research;
    Qualtrics experience is a big advantage
  • Comfortable working with both data and people – you can analyse, explain, and influence
  • Ready to take the next step up into a role with line management and ownership
  • Background in an agency or client-facing environment is highly beneficial
  • Confident communicator who enjoys presenting insight and recommendations
