Location: Greater London

Major Players are partnering with a reputable, global brand experience & design agency to recruit for a Digital Producer/Project Manager.

Sitting within the client services and comms team, you will be the go-to for all digital support and to advise on technical solutions. You must have solid experience driving and delivering MR, AR, VR, web, mobile, social and integrated projects as well as having a passion for innovation and trends.

You will be client-facing and be involved in pitches, so a confident and articulate manner is highly important, in order to promote the agency's ideas and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver innovative campaign ideas incorporating evolving technologies and user experiences by staying close to future trends and insights.
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects within agreed scope, timings and budget.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to help define project scopes, write SOWs, secure resource requirements and feed into cost estimates for projects.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their digital/technical requirements in order to define and deliver appropriate solutions.

Experience required:

  • A confident, driven Producer who is comfortable delivering an array of projects, from 3D video, to immersive VR experiences, webinars and micro sites.
  • Solid background working within an integrated or digital agency on digital campaigns and web projects.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships, ideally within FMCG, finance and B2B sectors.
  • Experience in delivering world-class digital solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Experience of site mapping, wire framing and user experience design and figma.
  • Proficient understanding of AWS, webflow, front and back-end development (excluding coding).
  • Experience in managing projects through both design and development teams.
