YourRole
- Work closely with underwriting operations, compliance, and technology teams to gather and document requirements.
- Collaborate with business units to align strategies with IT capabilities for better business outcomes.
- Build strong partnerships with business units to understand short‑and long‑term strategic goals.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Map existing business processes and recommend improvements for automation and compliance.
- Define user stories, process flows, and integration requirements.
- Lead analysis and migration of legacy bordereaux and delegated authority data.
- Support development, testing, and delivery of systems, APIs, and automated workflows.
- Strong ability to conduct impact assessments, data analysis, and data modelling to drive decisions.
- Expertise in defining data mapping, transformation rules, and cleansing requirements.
- Skilled in designing and executing data validation and reconciliation for post‑migration accuracy.
- Experience resolving data quality issues and ensuring regulatory‑compliant reporting.
- Ability to produce migration documentation, data dictionaries, and audit reports.
- Knowledge of integration requirements across DA platforms, data warehouses, and policy systems.
- Proven collaboration with developers, solution architects, and testing teams for successful delivery.
- Capable of coordinating UAT, securing business sign‑off, and supporting change management and training.
