We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Travel Platform team on a one‑year contract. The role focuses on simplifying business travel through intuitive, delightful design.
What will my day look like?- Work autonomously on the product experience of Perk’s Travel platform
- Lead the end‑to‑end design process—from problem definition to user research, sketching, prototyping and final design delivery
- Iterate on the existing product through continuous research, validation, heuristic reviews and discovery, in partnership with our UX research team
- Collaborate with the team to define product strategy and roadmap
- Contribute to “Suitcase”, our design system
- 3+ years as a Product Designer, ideally with SaaS products
- Solid knowledge of Figma and remote workshop tools such as Fig Jam or Miro
- Strong mastery of usability principles, information architecture, visual hierarchy and interaction design patterns for web and mobile
- Autonomous and proactive mindset
- User‑centred mentality
- Experience conducting user interviews and testing, collaborating with the in‑house research team for complex studies
- Understanding of business goals and metrics to work alongside product managers
- Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas, facilitating workshops and collaborating with engineers and analysts
- Awareness of technical constraints and working experience with engineers
- Familiarity with design systems
- Professional level English, both written and spoken

We operate IRL‑first: the team works in person 3 days a week. This role requires being within commuting distance of the Barcelona or London hub, or relocation support if necessary. English is the official office language.
