• Lead category management Build and execute multiyear category strategies: baseline demand and spend, use market intelligence, segment suppliers, define value levers and roadmaps, and embed risk/performance frameworks.
• Own end to end sourcing delivery Stand up and run RFx/esourcing events, lead negotiations, oversee commercial/contract terms with Legal, and manage supplier onboarding and transition through to verified benefits realisation.
• Deliver value to target (cost & cash) Shape savings pipelines, set baselines and KPIs, and track benefits to P&L and working capital in partnership with Finance—meeting or exceeding agreed targets.
• Strengthen operating model & P2P Design and embed procurement policies, processes, controls and governance across strategy, sourcing, contracting, SRM and P2P; address maverick spend and throughput issues to improve compliance and cycle times.
• Enable digital procurement & analytics Drive business adoption (not configuration) of modern S2P tools; cleanse and structure spend data; use analytics to scan opportunities and track delivery; and integrate third party risk considerations.
• Embed ESG within procurement Integrate sustainability criteria and Scope 3 awareness into sourcing decisions and supplier management; support supplier improvement and reporting.
• Lead teams and stakeholders Plan and manage multidisciplinary teams; coach Senior Associates/Associates; craft executive ready materials; facilitate workshops and Steer Cos; and manage risks/issues.
• Support practice growth Contribute to proposals, case studies and points‑of‑view; help refine our procurement propositions and delivery toolkits; and act as a role model for junior team members.

• Own high impact work streams across the procurement value chain—from strategy and operating model to sourcing, contracting, SRM and P2P performance—with clear accountability for outcomes.
• Deliver visible, quantified results in cost reduction, cash release and risk mitigation, with senior level exposure and rapid feedback on impact.
• Advance your digital and analytics toolkit through handson use of leading S2P and BI platforms, improving decision speed and benefits tracking.
• Grow as a people leader by managing teams, developing talent and shaping delivery approaches, with a clear path to Senior Manager.
• Deepen ESG capability by embedding sustainability metrics into everyday sourcing and supplier performance.

• Proven savings delivery—track record of meeting or exceeding agreed costsavings targets, with benefits tracked through to P&L recognition and working capital impact.
