Are you ready to take ownership of a premium digital ecosystem and help build an e-commerce function from the ground up? This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growth, founder led spirits business at a defining moment, helping to shape the online presence of multiple award winning brands while launching a new DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce platform.

The Company

This is a premium spirits business built by industry leaders with a proven track record in global e-commerce. With a portfolio spanning whisky and rum brands distributed internationally, the business is entering an exciting new chapter of growth, expanding its distillery footprint, investing in luxury brand building, and developing a scalable digital and DTC platform to support the next phase.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, ambitious team where pace is high, standards are higher, and everyone is expected to get stuck in. This is not a corporate “sit back and manage” environment, but a hands‑on, entrepreneurial space that has been built for people who want real ownership and impact.

The Role

As E-commerce Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day management and evolution of a growing suite of brand and distillery websites, while playing a key role in the delivery of a new DTC e-commerce journey.

This role is best described as digital project leadership with e-commerce at the centre
. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, design, and brand, plus a back‑end developer and external partners where needed, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, performance is tracked, UX is optimised, and the digital experience consistently reflects a luxury, premium aesthetic.

You’ll be the safe pair of hands who brings structure, momentum, and clarity across multiple moving parts, translating changing requirements into a workflow the business can execute against.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day management and performance of multiple websites across a premium brand portfolio.
  • Lead digital project planning and delivery across Webflow, Shopify and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure a luxury-standard digital experience across content, UX, brand tone and visual storytelling.
  • Monitor performance using analytics (GA/GA4), reporting insights and making data‑led recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement across SEO, user journeys, conversion performance and accessibility.
  • Coordinate content updates, campaign landing pages and brand storytelling in partnership with marketing and creative teams.
  • Identify risks, future‑proofing needs, and gaps in capability. Making clear recommendations on how to solve them.
  • Manage priorities across multiple sites and timelines, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing brand or e-commerce websites (premium/luxury, lifestyle or spirits experience is a strong advantage).
  • Strong understanding of DTC e-commerce
, digital performance and user journey optimisation.
  • Hands‑on CMS experience (Webflow preferred; Shopify/e‑commerce platform exposure essential).
  • Confident in analytics, UX principles and SEO. Able to make decisions using data, not guesswork.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder skills. An organised, clear communicator, calm under pressure.
  • A proactive, resilient mindset. Comfortable with changing briefs and founder involvement.
  • The right personality: communicative, collaborative, tenacious and prepared to roll your sleeves up.
  • People management experience is helpful but not essential; project leadership and ownership matter most.
