Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Digital Sales – Agentic AI
The Digital Advisor / Sales is part of a team focused on growing digital solutions in selected industry sectors like Consumer Goods, Retail, Hi Tech, Manufacturing, and Banking & Financial Services. As a member of Genpact’s Sales and Transformation Services, you’ll tackle industry challenges and drive change with innovative digital offerings. The team has expanded its digital presence with new customers and existing accounts.
In this role, you will identify and secure revenue opportunities through curated, repeatable solutions that combine advanced digital tools with domain expertise to deliver impactful results.
Serve as a trusted advisor to build strong client relationships alongside Genpact Sales, SMEs, and Solution Architects, helping clients navigate complex business challenges.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of each client's business and their use of digital technologies, developing compelling transformational value propositions.
Proactively seek out, identify, and cultivate opportunities for our proprietary Agentic SaaS solution.
Offer domain expertise and support on digital solutions to internal teams, including participation in RFIs, RFPs, proactive bids, customer-facing envisioning sessions and demos, assessments, and workshops.
Collaborate across various Genpact teams (Subject Matter Experts, Experience, Digital Delivery, etc.) to assess and scope new opportunities.
Take ownership of revenue and booking targets for assigned SaaS products, maintaining up-to-date forecasts and status within the enterprise CRM system.
Help strengthen Genpact’s market presence by supporting new offerings and contributing to thought leadership marketing efforts.
Manage delivery estimations, solution design, and pricing for proposed client solutions, working closely with Genpact legal and clients to create and review commercial agreements, licenses/SaaS, SOWs, and change requests.
This position reports to both the Global Agentic Growth Leader.
The Senior Digital Advisor/Seller works closely with Genpact Sales, Solutions, SMEs, Microsoft Partner Account teams, and consulting leaders to successfully establish and grow client relationships, drive innovation, and secure deals.

Proven leadership in Digital Licensed & SaaS products
Strong Accounts Payable process expertise
Track record in sales, booking, and margin targets
Passion for driving scalable transformation services at Genpact
Background in Software/SaaS or consulting, seeking growth opportunities
Ability to communicate Genpact’s digital and transformation solutions to diverse audiences
Relevant industry and sales experience
