Position: SENIOR SEO ACCOUNT MANAGER
Location: Greater London

THE ROLE.

As a Senior SEO Account Manager, you will take strategic ownership of multiple client accounts, leading not just delivery, but the long-term vision and commercial performance of your portfolio.

As a Senior SEO Account Manager at Found, you are the heartbeat of your accounts. You bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution. You will take ownership of complex client portfolios, moving beyond simple keyword tracking to deliver a holistic organic presence across search platforms - connecting technical SEO, content, digital PR, and AI visibility.

You are a project management powerhouse and a strategic thinker. You will work fluidly with Paid Media, Data, Content, CRO and PR teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and efficient. You will act as the day‑to‑day strategic lead for clients, guiding them through the changing landscape of AI search while mentoring Senior SEO Executives to deliver their best work.

IMPACT OF THE ROLE

Your work will directly contribute to:

  • Commercial Growth: Identifying opportunities to grow client spend and strengthen ROI across SEO and integrated services.
  • Strategic Leadership: Driving long‑term strategies that align with wider business goals and the evolving AI search landscape.
  • Team Development: Mentoring SEO Executives, providing line management and guidance to help them become experts in their field.
  • Operational Excellence: Overseeing high‑quality execution and ensuring measurable impact from all deliverables.
  • Integrated Efficiency: Ensuring content, technical, PR and Paid Search efforts are not siloed, but aligned to maximise visibility across all channels.
  • Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with key decision‑makers on the client side, including contract and commercial conversations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ACCOUNT LEADERSHIP
  • Contribute and evolve long‑term Every Search™ strategies that deliver client growth, visibility, and commercial value.
  • Maintain roadmaps, aligning activities with client budgets, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Drive cross‑channel alignment, working closely with Paid Media and PR leads to identify efficiencies and unified messaging opportunities.
  • Lead senior client comms, including performance reviews, commercial discussions, and escalation management.
PERFORMANCE DELIVERY
  • Ensure client work leads to measurable outcomes, tracking Organic visibility across search platforms alongside traditional KPIs.
  • Prioritise strategies that drive visibility and conversions across Search, AI, and Social platforms.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media and PR teams to utilise cross‑channel data to inform organic strategy and drive efficiencies.
  • Hold accountability for whether recommendations are implemented and the resulting business impact.
  • Lead internal performance reviews and ensure consistent delivery standards across accounts.
CLIENT AND COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT
  • Develop productive relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Client Services on contractual, financial, and operational matters.
  • Provide strategic insight into growth planning and account development.
  • Manage account hours and resources, ensuring we deliver value without over‑servicing.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
  • Line manage and mentor SEO Executives, conducting weekly 1:1s and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring your team has clear briefs, deadlines, and the support they need to succeed.
  • Review the work of your direct reports to ensure it meets Found’s high standards before it goes to the client.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Manage workloads and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Oversee compliance with information security policies and company procedures.
AI & INNOVATION
  • Utilise AI responsibly and ethically in line with company policies, ensuring transparency and trust in its application.
  • Champion responsible use of AI, modelling curiosity and confidence in applying tools day‑to‑day.
