Position: BRAND AUTHORITY & DIGITAL PR LEAD

THE ROLE.

Search is fragmented. Discovery no longer starts or ends with Google. Buyers are researching across AI tools, social platforms, publishers, review sites, and communities before they ever return to search. In this environment, visibility doesn’t come from keywords alone. It comes from brand authority; being recognised, cited, and trusted wherever the audience is looking.

As Brand Authority & Digital PR Lead, you’ll sit within Found’s Organic team and lead the development of creative, data-led campaigns designed to build brand authority in the modern search landscape.

Your work will ensure the website remains the authoritative hub, while content travels fluidly across platforms like Linked In, You Tube, Tik Tok, Reddit, publishers, and AI search; reaching the right people, in the right format.

Working with SEO, Content, and Technical specialists in the Organic team; and collaborating with Paid Search and Paid Social to amplify visibility; you’ll deliver campaigns that connect creativity, data, and strategy into measurable brand impact.

    Collaborating with SEO, Content, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams to ensure earned, owned, and paid visibility work together to amplify authority and performance.

    Shaping the future of Digital PR and Authority Marketing at Found; integrating brand storytelling, data insights, and AI‑ready content into a unified approach to organic growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CAMPAIGN LEADERSHIP
  • Own the planning and delivery of PR campaigns: from ideation, media list building and outreach, to press release creation and reporting.
  • Manage day‑to‑day client delivery and communications.
  • Deliver coverage, mentions, and backlinks aligned to client KPIs and Found’s Every search™ framework.
  • Take creative risks—explore new tactics, formats, and platforms to drive results.
BUILDING BRAND AUTHORITY
  • Lead status updates, campaign reporting, and strategy conversations.
  • Build productive, long‑term relationships through consistent delivery and clear communication.
  • Present ideas confidently to both clients and internal teams.
MULTI‑PLATFORM VISIBILITY
  • Repurpose high‑performing assets across relevant platforms like Linked In, You Tube, Reddit, and PR distribution.
  • Collaborate with Paid teams to amplify earned content through social and search.
  • Measure multi‑channel impact; from coverage and backlinks to AI citations and Brand sentiment.
PUBLISHER & PARTNER RELATIONS
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, creators, and digital publishers.
  • Identify editorial, partnership, and co‑marketing opportunities that strengthen client brand positioning.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry and media trends to identify emerging visibility channels.
INTERNAL COLLABORATION
  • Work with SEO, Content, Social, and Growth teams to align PR activity with broader performance strategies.
  • Ensure clear documentation and cross‑functional visibility on PR impact.
  • Support new business pitches and internal case study development.
AI INNOVATION
  • Utilise AI responsibly and ethically in line with company policies, ensuring transparency and trust in its application.
  • Champions responsible use of AI, modelling curiosity and confidence in applying tools day‑to‑day.
  • Actively shares learnings and best practices with peers, helping embed AI into team ways of working.
  • Identifies opportunities where AI can enhance delivery and client experience.
