About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced and strategic SEO Manager to join our growing agency team in London. You’ll lead SEO strategy across a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering measurable performance growth across organic visibility, traffic and revenue.
You’ll work closely with account managers, content, paid media and development teams to deliver integrated, insight-driven campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys taking ownership of both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own SEO strategies across multiple client accounts
- Lead technical, on-page and off-page optimisation projects
- Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis and market insights
- Oversee content strategy and organic growth roadmaps
- Deliver technical SEO audits and prioritised recommendations
- Monitor performance and produce clear, insightful reporting
- Present campaign results and strategy updates to clients
- Support new business proposals and pitches where required
- Mentor junior SEO specialists and contribute to team development
- Proven experience in an agency-side SEO role (Senior Exec / Manager level)
- Strong understanding of technical, content and outreach SEO
- Confident working across multiple clients and industries
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics / GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actions
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing roadmaps and prioritising workloads in a hybrid environment
- Experience with ecommerce or multi-market SEO
- Knowledge of CRO or digital performance marketing
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms
- Experience mentoring or line-managing junior team members
- Salary up to £50,000 DOE
