Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement Service Now ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and Orchestration

- Work closely with stakeholders to define and deliver high-impact ITOM solutions
- Fluent Arabic speaker (essential)

- Ability to configure and integrate ITOM modules with external tools
- Willingness to relocate to Riyadh (relocation support provided)
