I'm currently looking for a 2nd Line Engineer for a fast growing Managed Service Provider based in Central London.
You’ll support a varied client base, working across Microsoft technologies in a busy MSP environment.
What you’ll be doing- 2nd line support across desktop, server and cloud environments
- Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange and Windows
- Escalation point for 1st line and liaison with 3rd line
- Working directly with clients to resolve issues efficiently
- Proven 2nd line support experience within an MSP
- Strong Microsoft stack knowledge, especially M365
- Confident communicator with a customer first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tickets in a fast paced environment
Central London office. Great progression, training and exposure to modern Microsoft solutions.
