Digital​/AI Transformation Consultant

We've partnered with a leading Investment Bank seeking a Digital Experience (DX) Change Consultant for their London team on a permanent basis. This newly created role is crucial to a high-profile, greenfield transformation programme, allowing you to shape their digital transformation strategy with cutting-edge technologies. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive impactful change and work at the forefront of innovation, making a tangible difference in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the establishment of the Operations DX & Transformation Kaizen framework. Identify improvement opportunities across EMEA Operations. Propose process enhancements using tools like BPR, automation, AI, and more. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, tracking key performance indicators and milestones. Ensure smooth handover to business as usual (BAU) with clear documentation. Skillset and Requirements:
Must have experience working at a Big 4 consulting firm. Proven track record in end-to-end digital transformation initiatives within the banking sector. Strong business analysis skills with hands-on experience using transformation tools like business process re-engineering and automation. In-depth knowledge of Change Management and project delivery methodologies. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
