The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is built for ambitious graduates who want to launch their careers in fintech. Over this 12‑month programme, you’ll work on real projects, solve complex challenges, and make an impact from day one. We're looking for a UX Research Graduate to help product teams understand what customers need, how they behave, and where opportunities lie. From early product discovery to evaluating live experiences, you’ll run research that informs decisions, uncovers insights, and improves the customer journey.

Key dates- Recruitment:
September 2025 – January 2026
- Running qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to support multiple product teams
- Exploring customer needs and behaviours to guide early‑stage product scoping
- Evaluating concepts, prototypes, and live experiences to identify friction points and opportunities
- Framing research questions, selecting the right methods, and running small studies end‑to‑end with guidance
- Analysing behavioural data and spotting patterns using basic spreadsheet tools
- Turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape product and design decisions
- Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Data to ensure findings are understood and implemented
- Presenting insights through concise storytelling, frameworks, and internal presentations
- Contributing to research best practices, documentation, and knowledge‑sharing across the team
- To have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026
- A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade)
- A degree in psychology, design, sociology, anthropology, behavioural science, economics, philosophy, marketing, or a related field
- A proactive attitude and love for problem‑solving
- Fluency in English
- The ability to learn quickly with an ambitious and results‑driven mindset
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- To be comfortable working as part of a diverse team in a dynamic environment
- Full‑time availability from September 2026
- Fluency in additional languages
- Experience working with financial products or in fintech
- Exposure to international or multi‑country research contexts
- Coursework or projects in behavioural science, cognition, decision‑making, or ethnographic methods
- Experience with UX tools (Figma, Maze, User Testing, etc.)
