A consultancy partner is seeking an experienced Service Now Consultant/Architect with strong business transformation experience. You will play a key role in delivering complex, high-impact transformation programmes, shaping architectural direction, and guiding both clients and development teams. You will lead on designing and delivering enterprise-scale Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, IRM, and other key workflow areas.

Required Experience

Experience in Service Now business process design and architecture
Strong development background with deep platform knowledge
Ability to lead technical design, integrations, and governance
Understanding of both cloud and on-premises Service Now models
Eligible for SC clearance (UK nationals only, due to client requirements)
