Senior Manager - PE Value Creation & Technology Advisory

Our client, a leading value creations agency are looking for a Senior Manager to join them on a permanent basis to help support with Value Creation.

The role blends delivery and sales, you'll lead complex technology transformation projects whilst building client relationships and generating new business.

• Scope and deliver technology transformation, data analytics, and digital performance projects for PE-backed businesses
• Manage multidisciplinary teams (strategy, technology, product, data) to drive measurable value creation
• Oversee project P&L, resource allocation, and quality delivery
• Design and implement solutions that generate revenue growth and efficiency gains

• Develop proposals and pitch to PE sponsors and portfolio company leadership
• Build trusted relationships with clients, becoming their go-to advisor for technology value creation
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements during delivery
• Contribute to practice development and thought leadership
• Bridge between PE sponsors and portfolio company management teams

• 6+ years in consulting or advisory, ideally with a top-tier or specialist firm
• Deep technology and digital expertise: data/analytics, cloud, digital product, transformation programmes.
• Proven delivery track record: you've scoped, costed, and led complex projects to successful outcomes
• Commercial acumen: comfortable with P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, profitability tracking
• Stakeholder management: C-suite and Board-level communication. You can navigate complex, multi-layered stakeholder environments

• PE or transaction services experience (working with sponsors or portfolio companies)
• Understanding of value creation methodologies and PE investment timescales
