- 運用保守、障害対応
- モジュール：FI, CO, SD, MMのいずれか1つの経験が必須
- SAPの2ndラインとしてのサポート経験（機能変更要望やユーザ/3rdラインとのブリッジ）
- 業務要件定義及び理解
- フルエントレベルの日本語
- ビジネスレベルの英語
- ステークホルダーマネジメント
- SAP関連の資格、会計知識（歓迎）
