• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing input during each phase.
• Design and implement database solutions that meet organisational needs.
• Create detailed project documentation, including requirements specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to present findings, recommendations, and project updates.
• Assist in project management activities to ensure the timely delivery of solutions.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC principles and methodologies.
• Experience in database design and management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to predict future trends based on data analysis.
• Familiarity with server management concepts is advantageous.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
