Senior UX Designer

Currently in search of a User Experience Consultant to join a leading cyber security consultancy operating across key phases of their UCD methodology being the primary advocate for the end-user applying your strong understanding of UX best practice.

We are keen to speak with designers with experience of delivering AI products or AI features to help shape the next generation of government digital services.

• Work as a UX practitioner within a team of UX consultants and own specific work areas and coach others when needed
• You’ll design AI-powered experience
  , applying user‑centred AI principles for ethical use
• Lead the client engagement for specific areas of work concerning UX and build upon understanding of utilisation of AI for responsible design
• Review and prioritise user requirements, often across complex, diverse audience types, cross referenced with business‑critical objectives and goals
• Plan and facilitate effective workshops

• Designing intuitive interfaces for AI‑powered products, turning complex capabilities into clear, user‑friendly experiences.
• Applying Human‑Centred AI principles to ensure features are transparent, ethical, and genuinely useful.
• Leading end‑to‑end design: discovery, concept development, interaction design, and delivery.
• Conducting user research and translating insights into engaging visual and interactive concepts.
• Overseeing tasks like persona development, site mapping, wire framing, and prototyping for consistency and quality.
• You’ll also have experience managing or mentoring junior team members as well as coaching clients with best practice.
